- When and how do I get paid?
- Commissions are paid out through Stripe, straight into your own bank account. You add your billing details and connect a payout account once — Stripe verifies your identity and bank details directly, so we never see or store them. Every commission then clears a refund window first, so refunded sales are never paid out twice, and once your approved balance passes the payout threshold it is queued for the next payout run. Runs happen on a set schedule and every batch is checked by our team before the transfer is sent, so nothing leaves without a person releasing it. Your dashboard shows exactly what is available, what is still clearing, and every past payout.
- What happens if a customer gets a refund?
- Commission tracks the real money: when a referred sale is refunded, the matching commission is automatically reversed or reduced in your dashboard — you only ever earn on sales that stick.
- How long does my link keep attribution?
- 60 days. If someone clicks your link and buys any time in the next two months — even from a different page — the sale is credited to you. If they click another affiliate's link later, the most recent click wins.
- Can I promote with paid ads?
- Yes, with two rules: don't bid on "Pinin" or misspellings of our brand in search ads, and don't list us on coupon sites. Content, social and email promotion are all fair game.
- Do I need a Pinin account to apply?
- It's recommended but not required. Applying while signed in links your dashboard to your account automatically — otherwise we match it by email the first time you sign in.
